NOTE: We cater for all fitness & Ability levels in ALL classes, there is nothing on the timetable you can’t do. Giving you variations of exercises and intensity to suit your ability, injuries, and fitness level is what the trainers are paid and expected to do. You got this!
G – Group – Fun & Functional Fitness combined! Small groups of people just like you, working together in 45 min circuit style classes. Build strength, fitness, and burn calories in a safe environment for all levels of ability.
M – Metafit – A HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) BLAST! 30 mins of dynamic body movement, designed to burn calories for days after the workout! Set to music, but no learning dance moves! Don’t let the name fool you, this is for any fitness level.
B – Boxing – Boxing combines HIIT, Resistance & Endurance into one neat, fun package. Boxers are amongst the fittest athletes in the sporting world, learn how they become so fit in this easy to learn class.
C – Core – A class focused on core strength. Your lower back and abdominal muscles need to be strong for long term health, and to assist in any sport or long term health.
K – Karate – Kyokushin Karate, Learn self defence, discipline, self confidence, respect. Ages 8 and up. Your membership includes being able to train at two other dojos for free. (Highton, Norlane) If you are not a U Can 2 member, Karate costs $55 p/mth
MV – Move – Get your GROOVE on! Great fun and easy for everyone.
G – HIIT – High-intensity interval training, 30 minute class in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
