Here’s how our Personal Training works.
First, we sit down for a comprehensive evaluation of you, where you have been, where you are, and where you would like to be.
From there, we come up with a customised plan of action and give you a program that will be effective, fun and results focussed. Together with a Nutritionist, we’ll give you a nutrition plan that works, is easy, and family friendly.
Lastly, we’ll hold you accountable to your goals, either hold your hand, pat you on the back or kick you in the backside when you need it!
